Ingame Issues

To report an obscene, threatening, or insulting ingame message or character description, please click the Report button.

For virtually all other ingame issues, do not contact your GO/SGO/GA directly. Instead go to the Ticketsystem and enter a new ticket regarding the complaint. It will be seen by all staff members with rights to your server and automatically be sent up through the ranks if it is not handled promptly by the assigned staffer.

For bugs and problems with the game itself please use the Bugs and Complaints Section of this forum.

For an ingame issue requiring that you contact a staff member directly:
Please contact the GO for the Server you play on first. Do not contact SGO or GA before contacting your server GO first.

In case of no reply in 48 hours or if you have concerns about the GO's decisions, contact the SGO.

If after 24 hours and the SGO does not answer you or if still anything needs to be clarified contact a GA.

The Game Administrator's decision regarding bans and gameplay is final.

Only contact the GA if you need to report account thefts, bugs,if you have concerns or complaints about the SGO, or if the SGO hasn't responded to you in 24hrs.





Never contact the CoMa directly. Doing so will lead to you being warned or in extreme cases banned.
Screen shots do not count as proof as we will need to view the evidence for ourselves. If you have deleted the messages, there is nothing that we can do to retrieve them for you.
